Mindful Movements

Always keep your body moving! Yoga is great for various aspects of health; mind, body, and spirit. I always advise my patients large, small, young, and old to try and do some mindful movements every day whether that be in the form of Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Qong. Get moving!
